How do Topline Credits work?
Credits power your lead generation and outreach across Signal Leads and Connect. Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance — different actions use different amounts of credits. Need more? Add credits anytime at $0.10 each.
What's the difference between Teams and Unlimited?
Both plans include the full Topline platform — OS, Signal Leads, Connect, and all AI agents. The difference is scale: Teams gives you 1,500 credits and up to 5 users. Unlimited gives you 4,000 credits with no user limit. If you're a growing team or running higher-volume outreach, Unlimited gives you the headroom.
What's different about Flex In-House?
Flex In-House adds a dedicated human team on top of everything in Unlimited. Your account manager and Flex team members work alongside your AI agents — optimizing daily and weekly to grow your Topline revenue. Think of it as an embedded growth department: strategy, creative, campaign management, and execution handled with your team.
Can I upgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. Teams and Unlimited are month-to-month with no contracts — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Moving to Flex In-House is a conversation with our team to match you with the right level of support and hours.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. Credits are $0.10 each and available in preset packs or custom amounts. You can also turn on Auto-Refresh to top up automatically each month. For high-volume needs, talk to our team about committed pricing.
Do credits roll over?
Yes — unused credits roll over for 1 month, then expire. This applies to both plan credits and purchased add-ons.
What are Topline Ads?
Managed advertising campaigns powered by intent data and visitor identification. Available on Flex In-House plans only — your dedicated team handles setup, strategy, creative, and optimization.
What does the Flex In-House team actually do?
Your account manager and Flex team work with your AI agents daily and weekly to optimize and grow your Topline revenue. They handle campaign strategy, creative production, ad management, onboarding, and ongoing optimization — AI + humans working together with your team to hit your growth targets.
How long does setup take?
